Davis Partnership Architects has an immediate, full-time opening for a talented, creative, technically proficient, and experienced Landscape Architect with 4-6 years’ experience having passion for all project types including healthcare, urban mixed-use, multi-family housing, laboratory/research, higher education, sports & recreation, parks/trails, land use planning and master planning.
Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals who work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment; are critical thinkers and resourceful in finding solutions as a strong member of a project team; have exceptional verbal and graphic communication skills; and who want to create dynamic places that inspire and elevate the joy and dignity of the people who occupy them.
Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Davis Partnership is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Successful candidates in this position are required to demonstrate mastery of the following skill set:
Project management skills necessary to inspire Clients, Consultants, and other integrated project team members to successful project outcomes.
Flexibility and a willingness to work with other design disciplines in a collaborative environment.
Effective and confident interpersonal and communication skills.
Design visualization through hand and computer-generated graphics and 3D renderings.
Willingness to take direction from others.
Knowledge of local plant materials and ecology and their design applicability.
Proficiency in Sketch-up, Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, REVIT is desirable.
Experience in Construction Administration is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities include developing design solutions, technical development, occasional client and consultant contact, occasional consultant coordination, collaboration and coordination with project teams.
Compensation is provided on an hourly basis commensurate with experience and ranging from $52,000 to $65,000 annually.
