For our Denver, CO corporate headquarters we are seeking a GRDQ Technician II on our corporate R&D/Quality team to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of product innovation, quality, and food safety. What Does the Work Look Like?
Primary responsibility will be centered on ordering, organizing, preparing, and grading cheese samples for evaluation and/or submission to customers as directed by the Test Kitchen Manager.
Troubleshooting kitchen equipment performance issues, having a complete understanding of key customer product expectations, and creating structured reports with feedback as needed.
Work closely and support other departments including Product Development, Quality Assurance, R&D, Innovation, & Culinary.
Routinely access internal and external databases for basic product needs; inventory, chemistry, micro, and product grading attributes.
Build knowledge and technical expertise in the area of dairy based ingredients and applications.

The Right Candidate Will Have (Minimum Qualifications):
A Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of food preparation and ingredient application.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a food science or food safety position (internships included).
