What You’ll Do
As a Contact Center Demonstration Specialist Lead, you’ll play a vital role in the success of the Cisco Field Sales and Collaboration Technology Group by helping our customers deliver better business outcomes and great exceptional customer experiences. * Create a strategic global contact center demonstration plan vision and strategy that which includes stakeholders from all existing demo team members' demonstration teams, BU, and Field Sales. * Build Develop Cisco demonstrations scenarios that create showcase great delightful customer experiences through using both Cisco-internal and industry standard Cloud, AI, CEM, and other emerging SaaS technologies, innovative solutions like WxCC, A.I., WXM. * Position Creatively position the full suite of our CiscoCloud, software, solutions, and services that the field will leverage for to win mindshare with new and existing customers. * Lead and orchestrate Cisco and Partner resources to identify & and qualify emerging demonstration needs. * Develop & present compelling business cases to Cisco stakeholders, that maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements needed to make the Cisco demo experience the best in the world, including the drivers of cost, benefit and risk. * Partner closely with Engineers/Architects to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcome and ensure customer success by orchestrating resources to assist the customer in realizing the full value of their technology investment. * Develop short and long-term demonstration strategy roadmaps and sShare detailed execution plans and progress with field leadership and account teams. * Improve Cisco's solution portfolio over time. As you meet with customers you get to suggest product improvements that will ensure our customers continue to love what Cisco sells.
