Field Survey Party Chief JobCode: 2710 Employment Type: REG Location Search: Colorado, Denver DescriptionAs a Field Survey Party Chief in our Denver, CO office, this individualwill work as the leader of a survey crew performing boundary, topography,ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and privateclients. The selected individual will be responsible for the actions andproductivity of a field crew as well as the operation and maintenance ofsurvey equipment, taking field notes, data collection, performingcalculations and working with DEA staff and clients on these projects.Involvement in the office will include reducing survey data, performingcalculations, copying and filing of this data.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor'sDegree highly desired; LSIT highly desiredA minimum of 5 years' experience including boundary, topographic, andALTA surveys, construction staking and data collection requiredLeica Total Station and GPS experience preferredProficiencies with MS Word and Excel a plusProven ability to work in a team environment requiredStrong work ethic and accountability requiredClean driving record required (no more than 3 accidents and/or movingviolations in the last 36 months or 2 accidents and or moving violationswithin the last 12 months)Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceVacation/Sick/Holiday Pay401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Survey Jobs with DEA:Throughout history, land surveyors have played a significant role in thedevelopment of our world.
