The Global Solutions Enablement team is looking for a highly motivated team player to co-create and deliver product training programs for our Solutions professionals. This is a strategic role that requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' mentality. Success requires teaming with key stakeholders from our field solutions teams, industry go-to market teams, and sales enablement teams to drive the process, identifying key next steps, gaps and ultimately driving programs through the execution lifecycle. This position will have a focus on product learning across the entire Customer 360 platform.
Support the development of global enablement priorities with Solution Engineering leaders with an eye to specific product learning needs.
Align with Solution, Product, & GoTo Market and enablement teams to influence design, drive engagement, and measure success.
Coordinate delivery of product learning programs in partnership with Solutions leaders and strategy teams.
Enablement Program Design and Execution
Lead program strategy, design, and execution of cloud specific product enablement program in partnership with Solutions leadership aligned to business priorities.
Co-design (with Solutions learning design team) scaled, interactive enablement programs from needs assessment to prototyping and delivery to field solutions professionals.
Deliver participant-centered, and effective learning with confidence, passion and enthusiasm (both in-person and virtual).
Manage key logistical tasks including course assignments and scheduling.
Communicate project details and updates to project team, appropriate governance team(s), and key business stakeholders.
Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points to understand the product enablement needs of the Solutions organization and to ensure support from key leaders and stakeholders.
Develop and manage messaging in support of the execution and success of each learning program.
Manage detailed enablement projects, ensuring that project team members and stakeholders are focused and executing their assigned tasks effectively and on time.
Measurement and Continuous Improvement
Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of enablement events and programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey’s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness, and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience.
- A bachelor's degree or requisite enablement or technical sales experience required.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Background in solution engineering or technical enablement of solution engineering teams.
Deep understanding of Solution Engineering needs and challenges.
Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people, and deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organization.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.
Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, SmartSheets) and Presentation Tools (Powerpoint, Google Slides).
Courage to challenge perspectives, and give and receive constructive and honest feedback.
3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing solutions engineering professionals and executives.
Familiar with Salesforce products including Platform, Marketing, Commerce, Digital Experience or Integration Cloud
Experience with LMS systems.
Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Camtasia, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier.
