SCL Health Clinical Research Coordinator in Denver, Colorado

The research coordinator is responsible for enlisting, maintaining andassuring protocol compliance for all patient on clinical trials. Collaborateswith physician in determining eligibility of patients for clinical trials.Provides education to staff and patients. Prepares for study initiation by gaining an in-depth knowledge of theprotocol, developing patient recruitment plans, developing operationsimplementation plans for impact to care site resources. Screens potential patients for protocol eligibility. Presents trial concepts and derails to patients, participates in theinformed consent process and reenrolls patients to study. Coordinators patient care in compliance with protocol requirements. May disburse investigational drug and maintains investigational drugaccountability. Responsible for reviewing protocol specific billing guides and submittingbilling information to appropriate personnel. Participates in data collection, entry and reporting for the subjects. Located in Denver, CO. Requires: Bachelors degree One year of experience in clinical or scientific relations discipline Two years of experience in a clinical or scientific related disciplineand associates degree may be substituted for the bachelors degree.
