We are seeking an experienced Building Performance Engineer to support our building performance work in Denver.

  • Motivated by our clients vision to improve the social and environmental impact of buildings by consulting for healthy, energy efficiency buildings

  • Innovative….providing continual improvements that save time and energy

  • Technical….has industry experience to get off the ground with little instruction, ability to grow into a Senior Building Performance Engineer; experienced in building controls, energy efficiency, mechanical and electrical design

  • Organized….has experience and skills; is detailed oriented

Minimum Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience performing energy modeling

  • Submitted at least twice for LEED EAc1 Optimize Energy Performance

  • Proficient in EnergyPlus, OpenStudio, IES-VE, or eQuest; Ruby or similar coding language

  • MS, PE, EIT, CEM, BEMP, LEED-AP preferred.
