In addition, this position supports the Microbiology and GRDQ teamsby providing overall labsupport, acting as a dependable and accurate technical resource, andsharing knowledge and innovativeideas to continuously improve the company.Working Relationships:This position reports to the Manager level.This position primarily interacts with team members, GRDQ, andmanufacturing plants.ResponsibilitiesWe Ask of You To:* Perform microbiological testing and provide results accurately, safely,efficiently, and in a timely manner.* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all testing results, comments,deviations and control information as well as communicate test results tointernal customers.* Perform proficiency testing.* Perform SOPs to safely and accurately open and close the lab.* Prepares media according to manufacturer's instructions.* Verify that instruments and equipment are properly maintained.* Participate in housekeeping activities.* Provide OntheJob Training (OJT) to lowerlevel positions.* Demonstrate gained experience and knowledge by providing guidance andtechnical knowledge to internal and external customers.* Troubleshoot noncompliance testing in conjunction with the MicrobiologyManager and assists with corrections.* Upon request, drafts SOPs and Work Instructions.Offering You In Return:* The opportunity to join a company that will invest in you for the long-term.Leprino couldn't be where it is today without our incredible workforce.That's why we share in our success together by rewarding you for your hardwork.
