Communicates with engineering, applicationsengineering, marketing, product development, technical services, andquality assurance divisions of any product problems, opportunities,software bugs or emerging customer needs. Job RequirementsEXPERIENCE:Audio video Integration industry with emphasis in corporate audio video - 3years requiredDelivering advanced support in ethernet technologies and concepts - 3 yearsrequiredTroubleshooting network security configurations and protocols and haveexperience with third-party control integration (AMX, Crestron, etc).- 3 years requiredEDUCATION:Bachelors' Degree in Technical or engineering discipline, or equivalentrequired; IT industry networking certifications such as CCNA or CCDA; orCTS reSKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:CompTIA certifications such as Network+ and Security+.Network security concepts (802.1x, RADIUS, Security Certificate Management).Possess a customer-centric mindsetPossess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft OfficeOutlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions withinthe designated area of responsibilityMust be able to travel globallyValid US PassportWorking Environment:General Office - Work is generally performed within an office environment,with standard office equipment.
