DESCRIPTIONFIRSTSOURCE IS HIRING FOR VIRTUAL HEALTHCARE SUPERVISORSPOSITION PURPOSE:Team Leaders/Managers report to the Operations Manager and manage a team of14-18 Associates.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*Manage daily staffing and workflow, and ensure adherence to departmentquantity and quality standards*Proactively identify service delivery discrepancies and escalateissue/impact to appropriate business owners*Meet regularly with individual team members; coach them to meet and exceedtheir goals*Utilize reporting and direct observation to keep associates abreast of theirperformance towards those goals*Provide performance analysis to implement action plan strategies to improveoverall performance*Be a resource for policy and procedure questions and issues*Participate in monthly quality monitoring; collaborate with relatedOperations depts. on suggested improvementsTHE STATEMENTS ABOVE ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE THE GENERAL NATURE AND LEVEL OFWORK BEING PERFORMED BY PEOPLE ASSIGNED TO THIS JOB.
