As a Specialist, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of Signal Processing/Radar/Optical systems sensors products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. We have a long history of innovative and exceptional performance; we have earned our place as a trusted provider to our customers.

In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers.

Essential Functions:

• Systems engineering across the development lifecycle.

• Systems Modeling

• Systems Design

• Trade studies

• Systems Engineering in an Agile paradigm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree STEMP and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience..

• Active Secret DoD Security Clearance

• 2 years with MBSE modelling (Use Cases/Activity Diagrams/Sequence Diagrams)

• 3 years of Systems Engineering lifecycle experience

• 2 years experience with Agile development process

Preferred Additional Skills:

• DoD project delivery experience

• Familiarity with CONOPS and Opscon documentation

• Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start

• Ability to gait DoD TS Clearance

• Graduate STEM degree

• Good communicator/interpersonal skills

• Good teaming skills

• Good writing skills

• MagicDraw expertise

• OMG MBSE Certification
