As a Specialist, Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to a Systems Engineering team in design, development, implementation, testing and analysis of Signal Processing/Radar/Optical systems sensors products and systems to support the vital missions of our warfighters. This position supports the Space & Airborne Systems (SAS) division, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together. In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a system engineering role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers.
Essential Functions:
Systems engineering across the development lifecycle.
Systems Modeling
Systems Design
Trade studies
Systems Engineering in an Agile paradigm
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree STEMP and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience..
Active Secret DoD Security Clearance
2 years with MBSE modelling (Use Cases/Activity Diagrams/Sequence Diagrams)
3 years of Systems Engineering lifecycle experience
2 years experience with Agile development process
Preferred Additional Skills:
DoD project delivery experience
Familiarity with CONOPS and Opscon documentation
Ability to get Security + certification within 6 months of start
Ability to gait DoD TS Clearance
Graduate STEM degree
Good communicator/interpersonal skills
Good teaming skills
Good writing skills
MagicDraw expertise
OMG MBSE Certification
