Job DescriptionKeysight Technologies is the leader in electronic test and measurementequipment. Our application engineering organization is the premier technicalpre/post-sales support team in the electronics and communicationsindustries. As a Keysight RF Application Engineer, you will work withleading technology companies to learn about what they do and how Keysight canmake a positive difference in the way they do business. You will spend 6-12months in a field staffing position receiving product and technology whileworking on projects that prepare you for your role within Keysight'sapplication engineering organization. Once your training is complete you willhave exciting opportunities to work closely with customers, convey the valueKeysight can bring to their business, and be recognized for the results youhelp deliver to our business.This position is setup on salary for the first 6 - 12 months with anattractive incentive based compensation plan once in your applicationengineering position.Job QualificationsKeysight is looking for new college graduates with a minimum BSEE or BSEETdegrees. Theability to communicate your thoughts, ideas, and point of view is veryimportant in this position and to the long-term development of your career.You must demonstrate the ability to work closely in teams and understand thedynamics of a team environment. We are looking for candidates that havedemonstrated leadership skills and have the ability to be dynamic andpersuasive in a professional setting.This position requires the following skillsets and attributes with an emphasison technical expertise and communication skills. - BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education withemphasis in RF and microwave systems. - Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a US security clearance. - Strong understanding of RF and microwave test and measurementapplications. - Passion for continuous learning in RF and microwave technology. - Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internalteammates. - Strong written .and. verbal communication skills. - Effective presentation and problem solving skills.Additional characteristics of candidates we are seeking for this positioninclude: - Independent professional that works best under broad and generaldirections. - Highly competitive, assertive with a passion to 'win' and 'teach'. - Ability to create a vision and convey the message in a persuasivemanner. - Comfortable in challenging customers by offering the customer uniqueperspectives. - Sociable, people oriented, outgoing, desires quality customerinteractions, and wants to earn recognition.Keysight will not sponsor work authorization for this position.
