The Intelligence Program Manager (PM) will lead a broad intelligence analysis effort for a combatant command J2 and associated joint intelligence operations center. The Program Manager will provide oversight and management of all contractor personnel ensuring timely analyst and production, effective and efficient resources utilization, and effective stakeholder communication and engagement. Additionally, the PM will implement project management standards ensuring contract deliverables within cost, schedule and performance goals. The PM will exercise significant latitude and independence to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to include subordinate management and performance improvement plans. The successful candidate will have intelligence support experience providing the candidate with a deep understanding of the intelligence cycle, intelligence activities and operations at the combatant command level, and intelligence support to space operations.
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with ability to obtain a polygraph
Education: Master’s degree with 10-13 years’ experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience
Three (3) Years’ experience in space /counter space operations
Five (5) Years’ experience in intelligence operations and analysis at the CCMD-level
At least 4 years in a management capacity
Experience developing intelligence doctrine, tradecraft, or plans of instruction
Exceptional communication skills
