As Fielding and Install IPT lead, the candidate will be responsible for the M-code Early Use installation and acceptance (critical path activity) by the GPS OPS community. Candidate will be the lead LM interface to 2SOPS, the Govt’s Verification, Transition, and Sustainment teams. Candidate will develop and deliver MCEU Training Materials, and conduct CADRE training session(s) that include(s) updates from MCEU system modifications. Candidate will plan and execute two rehearsals in preparation for GPS MCEU fielding

Candidate will lead and provide leadership to ops regression testing and to the enterprise Integrated System Test (IST) at the GSF including review of documentation, planning, scheduling, and technical interchange meetings. Candidate will be in charge of document reviews include IST concept documentation, test plans, test procedures, test readiness review package, test exit review, and IST report details. Candidate will lead the execution of tests necessary to verify GPS MCEU is ready to be fielded. Enterprise testing activities include IST Phase 1 at Schriever Air Force Base (SAFB) at the GSF, and IST Phase 2 at SAFB Master Control Station (MCS) Operations Floor, readiness for Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), operational soak, and a dedicated OT&E event. Candidate will support data collection, , analysis, test reporting, development of the test report and disposition of software problem reports, including performing analyses, generation and tracking of software problem reports resulting from all Enterprise testing activities. Candidate will support the planning and scheduling of Operational Test Agent (OTA) test activities during the combined Development Test and Evaluation (DT&E) / Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) test program. Provide support in the evaluation of OT&E results and assist in the resolution of system anomalies discovered during the OT&E.

Candidate will be the liaison for LM to provide support to DT&E/OT&E for GPS MCEU software versions as well as operational assessment. The tasks include test planning, test execution, and pre and post-test analysis support. Candidate will develop and deliver the MCEU Fielding Plan and provide subject matter expertise to perform planning, provide technical status, and lead technical reviews for MCEU fielding. The LM team lead by candidate will provide on-site personnel for GPS MCEU fielding preparations and execution.

These critical path activities needs significant leadership, GPS OPS experience, and customer engagement and acumen to ensure the timely and quality install of the M-code capability.
