Overview We are seeking a resource scheduler in Colorado Springs, Coloradoto become part of our NOALS program supporting critical mission customers.Responsibilities* Perform Satellite Operations as a Resource Scheduler* Responsible for the planning, scheduling, coordination, andde-confliction of numerous high priority, national interest, satelliteprograms* Evaluate Remote Ground Facility (RGF) downtimes and equipment outages,assess operational impact, and approve/disapprove requests based uponpotential mission impact* Brief local and external users on scheduling contingencies, recommendalternative courses of action, and direct rescheduling efforts* Reschedule satellite contacts during Vehicle Emergencies (VEs) to ensurespacecraft safety. Build initial satellite schedule before submitting to Rangefor final de-conflictionQualifications REQUIRED:* High School plus advanced training* 4-5 years of experience without a degree* Certifications required: CompTIA Security+* Additional measurable qualifications* Active TS/SCI Clearance required* Familiar with the NOALS program or similar programs* Strong communication skills* Excellent teamworkSECURITY CLEARANCE:This position requires the candidate to already have a current TS/SCI withPolygraph security clearance and to maintain the clearance.About Peraton Peraton provides innovative, reliable solutions to thenation's most sensitive and mission-critical programs and systems.
