Engineering Systems Analyst (MDA TEAMS Next)

KBR is poised to support the Department of Defense’ Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) systems engineering enterprise via the MDA Technical, Engineering, Advisory, & Management Support (TEAMS) Next services contract.

MDA is building a diverse community of the Nation’s “best and brightest” science and engineering minds to tackle one of the greatest technological challenges facing the U.S. today, the protection of our Homeland, our friends, and our allies from missile attacks of all types and ranges. Missile defense is the biggest challenge since the Manhattan Project. The work we do here is vital to our nation’s security and represents a tremendous investment by the Department of Defense in cutting-edge technologies across a broad spectrum of STEM disciplines. Key technologies include: systems engineering and integration, test and evaluation, spacecraft systems, electro-optic and radiometric sensors, command and control, hypersonics, kinetic and directed energy weapons, guidance and navigation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital engineering, game theory and Agile development.

Position Description/Job Responsibilities:

  • KBR is seeking engineering systems analyst talent to support the technologies above. As part of this dynamic team you will be responsible for:

  • Executing analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes

  • Developing and / or utilizing analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and / or administrative support activities

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum three (3) years working on missile defense related or other DoD programs / projects

  • Active Secret or Top-Secret Clearance required

Basic Compensation:

Minimum: $64,500

Maximum: $152,200

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and

in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per

internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
