Aboveall, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.Primary ResponsibilitiesHDR currently has an opening for a Drainage/WaterResources EIT to join our team in Colorado. The primary duties of the EIT areto provide project engineering with a focus on transportation projects andpublic transportation clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.Anticipated work tasks may include; conduct hydraulic and hydrologicmodeling; conduct storm water collection systems modeling and design;collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos and publicforums; production of design calculations and technical reports; andassist with preparation of engineering plans and specifications for design ofdetention facilities, storm drains, flood control facilities, and otherhydraulic structures. Assist groups of medium to large teams of professionalsand technicians dependent on project/task. Will conduct water resourcesplanning, plan formulation, concept development, and develop planningdocumentation. Will assist in water resources permitting efforts. Will beinvolved in highway drainage design and plans production for CDOT andMunicipal clients, drainage analysis and documentation, and stormwatermanagement design & permitting.
