Typical workweek Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Occasional Saturdays

$16.50- 18/ hr

Concrete laborer when needed
Job purpose:
The Concrete Crew Lead is responsible to represent Fisk Lawnscapes to our landscape customers, performing concrete tasks masterfully and efficiently, while upholding the core values of Fisk Lawnscapes. Project timelines must be met AND the projects installations must reflect our highest standards of quality. Physical labor is required for this position.
To help and support the concrete foreman in all aspects of concrete installation including; tear out, grading, compacting, forming, pouring, finishing, clean up, and any other tasks that come up in the scope of work.
Duties & responsibilities:
Has a friendly demeanor

Installs the product with the highest quality
Cheerfully and regularly greets customer
Proficently operates tools needed for concrete installs including: skid, steer, plate compactor, demo saw, hand saws and tools
Practices good tool management including cleaning, care, and storage
Help and support the concrete foreman in all aspects of the concrete installing including
Tear out and prep for new concrete
Grading and compaction
Constructing forms
Pouring and finishing concrete
Stripping forms and clean up
Decorative concrete, staining, and sealing.
Specific Job Details:
A commitment to full working hours (approx. 40 hrs/week) throughout the complete season (April-October) is required for this position.
Winter schedule will include snow shoveling or snow plowing, additional training, concrete installs as weather allows, attendance at home show week(s).
The concrete crew lead position is allowed 6 non-consecutive working days off (48 working hours) during the April-October season. These days are not paid.
Other job tasks as required or assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least 2 years of experience within the concrete industry.
Agreement to the Fisk Lawnscapes Code of Conduct.
Concrete experience preferred in standard and decorative flatwork.
