To be successful in this roleyou'll possess an enterprising drive to show our customers how ZOLL'sproducts can improve efficiency in their organizations through productdemonstrations and discussions of practical experience.Responsibilities* Support the efforts of the Sales Territory Managers by consulting withprospective customers to help them understand how the ZOLL products canbenefit their operations and define the technical environment that will berequired to successfully operate the ZOLL Software solutions* Support the efforts of the territory managers in closing sales using aconsultative approach and industry knowledge* Support of territory manager demo systems and equipment* Provide pre-sales technical support and implement trials/pilots as required* Keep TMs up to speed on the latest product developments and theinefficiencies our products help solve for our clients/prospects* Assist in providing functional and technical specifications for RFPs* Attend trade shows as required to support the sales effort* Work with Product Management and other ZOLL teams in order to assist in thefurther development of the ZOLL products and improve the customer experience* Assist with product training for new territory managers* Document and maintain information in salesforce.comQualificationsRequired:* 3-5 years of Industry experience related to EMS\Fire Communications,Healthcare Billing and Operations.* Presentation skills and comfortability demonstrating software to C-Levelexecutives / owners, IT managers, billing managers, firefighters,paramedics, dispatchers, and groups of 10 or more.* Technical aptitude with Healthcare, EMS, Fire technology softwaretechnology problem solving approach* Self-motivated and directed, adaptable to new applications and jobrequirements* Excellent verbal and written skills* Ability to travel to sales regions from home office (estimated 50-60%) *Travel during the COVID-19 Pandemic is currently restricted,and need determined on a case by case basisPreferred:* Knowledge / Practical use of ZOLL emsCharts, RescueNet Dispatch,ZOLL's billing solutions and experience with the larger RescueNet Suite ofproducts and\or similar competitor offerings* IT knowledge of cloud-based application delivery, networking,firewalls, operating systems* General knowledge of accounting as it relates to billing practices (AR,billing lag, industry KPIs, etc)* Experience with the ZOLL X Series Mo
