Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Program Manager 4 Edge Services Network

Thisindividual will be a member of OCI Edge Services Network team which is anorganization supporting Oracle s next generation cloud offering. As a member of the OCI Edge Services Network,this role will be highly focused on coordinating the execution of criticalprojects associated with the organization. Primary focus of this role will include ongoing projects supportingtransitional efforts supporting Oracle s Cloud Infrastructure. This role willbe heavily dependent on verbal and written communication skills. Be part of a team that helps shape the futureof Oracle s Next Generation Cloud!
Duties and Responsibilities
Be a key spokesperson for the team andeloquently and accurately represent the status, issues, plans and roadmap forthe team at at any time
Own planning and execution for multiple teamsand drives critical divisional-wide processes and overall execution anddelivery
Identify organizational gaps and work with keystakeholders to drive issues to resolution
Build subject matter expertise on OCI NetworkEngineering strategy and ensure alignment
Formulates and providesrecommendations regarding appropriate performance metrics. Acts in an advisorycapacity to management on metrics, measures and dashboards.
Build strong relationships across teams tobecome a force multiplier
Be a key contributor to help mold organizationalstrategy and drive roadmap
5 years experience with development andimplementing enterprise projects
4 years planning and scaling roadmaps and releasecalendars for large organizations
You must display a demonstrated ability to thinkbroadly and strategically
Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influenceskills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
Technical background strongly desired
Proficiency with JIRA/Confluence desired
Proficiency with Agile/Scrum and softwaredevelopment lifecycle desired
