Honeywell is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician with PCB Design experience to join our hardworking team of engineers and physicists at Honeywell Quantum Solutions in our Broomfield, CO location. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of high-technology principles and practices and will have worked in a laboratory environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and manufacturing/assembly drawings in layout tools

· Assist in other lab activities such as soldering, assembly builds, automated testing of electronics

YOU MUST HAVE:

· HS Diploma/GED

· 5+ years’ experience in an engineering or R&D environment

· 2 + years’ experience with PCB layout tools, especially Altium PCB Designer and Draftsman

· Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell. (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)

WE VALUE:

· Associate or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent

· Strong RF, digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuitry layout skills

· Component symbol and footprint creation and library management experience

· Ability to work from assembly drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, sketches, and other written, visual, and oral instructions

· Experience building/maintaining/testing electronic systems

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-Starter willing to learn and apply new SW and HW skills

· People who want to change the world positively through the power of quantum computing

Compensation & Benefits:

Non-Incentive Eligible

Salary Range: $51,200 - $64,000
