Troubleshoots process Performs design adjustments to meet spectral requirements Perform stress correction calculation (IBS only) Performs TF design adjustments Schedules preventative maintenance Assist with training of Tech I s, II s, and III s Performs high level maintenance on chambers Validates QC checks Job logistics Makes process corrections Schedules Chambers Rebuilds sources (e-beam only) Teamwork works effectively within team. Can provide guidance to Tech I & II Critical Thinking/problem solving skills Writes processes Leads Prototype coating efforts Supports customer communication on major optical coating projects Gives technical direction, as needed, to maintain REO s opticscoating technology at state-of-the-art levels Provides technical assessments on meeting of REO s quality standards Contributes to the solution of product and process problems usingexperimental methods and statistical analysis Leads major process innovations Coordinates activities to ensure meeting product delivery expectations Coordinates system upgrades and improvements to standardize and automatechambers where possible Develops and documents standardized operating procedures and processes Reviews, corrects and updates coating processes using correct engineeringpractices Trouble shoots processes Redlines drawings Adjusts scheduled ship dates Commits sales orders Teamwork works effectively within team and across departments.
