We are seeking Senior Program Manager for Release Product Engineering, to provide leadership and direction for the management, identification,implementation and prioritization of sustaining engineering projects to achieve business objectives cost, quality, delivery.

A Day in the Life
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations for Patient Monitoring, you will establish and maintain strongcross-functional collaboration with RD, PMO, RQ/QA/QE, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Excellence,Corporate initiatives and leadership. Ensure on time and on budget completion of projects.
You will:
Lead Operating Unit (OU) product mapping and product lifecycle management
Lead, coordinate and prioritize multi-functional RPM initiatives with many stakeholders within the Operating Unit.
Secure budget and monitor Q,C,Ds on RPE project delivery
Represent Operations in the OU RPM boards and define implementation priority and timing for operations
Escalate and mitigate delivery gaps that occur due to delivery issues
Interface with the RPE engineering leadership team to translate OU needs into RPE requirements the other way around
Prioritize initiatives based on OU and Operations needs and biggest impact to the bottom line
Support product life cycle evaluation work that defines impact to the Ops network (plants and suppliers)
Collaborate with the quality operations organization to ensure quality focused RPE work gets prioritized to ensure patient safety
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Nice to Have
10+ years of relevant experience
Project management experience in medical device industry
Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, product architecture, design proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
15+ years of Procurement, Sourcing, Engineering or/or Supply Chain Management
5 + years leadership experience managing a team direct or indirect
Excellent leadership, organization, project management, communication and negotiation skills
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
Capability to understand customer/business needs and translate into priorities
Project management and milestone management capabilities
Continuous improvement mindset
Business and Finance acumen
