Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions in Partnership with the Hain Celestial Group is interviewing for food production associates for West Soy Tofu. If you prefer a physical job in a food production environment working with an early start for a stable company, then this could be the position for you!

The shifts are as follows:

Monday Friday: $12/hour 6:30am-3pm

Monday Friday: $12/hour 6:00am-2:30pm

Job Duties:

  • Manual assembly of all tofu into packaging

  • Manual leak checking, case packing and palletizing of all products

  • Operate, troubleshoot and maintain numerous pieces of relatively low technology equipment

  • Inspect finish product and ensure compliance with all quality standards

  • Track and keep records of all daily production

  • Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Good eye/hand coordination and strong manual dexterity

  • Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Capable of moving from task to task and maintaining highest performance

  • Must be a team player

  • Repetitive lifting required and must be able to lift 30-70 lbs
