High energy, multi-tasker, creative problem solver, ability to work under pressure, able to work independently with minimal direction
Strong presentation and communication skills required
Engineering background in displays, optics, or physics; knowledge of basic display stack-up and optical design
Experience in consumer/portable products
Working understanding of high volume manufacturing
Experience running domestic and international vendors
Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication Strong presentation and communication skills required Understand and communicate complex, technical/engineering issues Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently Manage development budgets and engineering builds
Education & Experience
Graduate degree in related engineering fields, e.g. Optics/Optical Science Engineering, Physics, ME, EE, or Material Science & Engineering

Engineering Program Manager starts at a minimum $134,000. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
