Who are we looking for? Requirements:
*A Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and/or Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related field
*Experience with electrical board/device characterization and troubleshoot, including programming logic devices preferred
*Ability to interpret technical material, define problems, create test plans, collect data, establish facts, and communicate conclusions effectively
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
*Coursework and working knowledge of a variety of FPGA or CPLD design and coding practices
*Experience with embedded system processors and firmware/PCB/hardware integration
*Experience and/or courses in engineering management
*Courses in systems engineering and/or manufacturing engineering
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Self-starter, creative problem solver and solutions developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands, and technical risks/issues
What will you be doing?
SUEZ’s Water Technologies and Solutions is currently looking for anElectrical Engineerto join itsAnalytical Instruments (AI)products team located inBoulder, COas part of Suez’s Graduate Rotational Program (GRP). This individual will work as part of the Electrical Engineering team in the Technology functional area designing electronic systems and modules for new analytical instrumentation products and providing sustaining support for existing products in the water quality space.
As an Electrical Engineer you will:
*Manage electrical component life cycle through identification of at-risk parts, selection, and qualification of replacement alternatives
*Evaluate, select, and functional test FPGA device to be used in next generation instrument designs
*Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned project using sound scientific/engineering principals
*Write test plans/procedures, test designs, and document results
*Conduct requirements-based verification activities
*Reinforce the company’s culture, vision and values of collaboration, inclusiveness, diversity, integrity, quality and safety at all levels
