We are committed to rescuing land from degradation, enhancingbiodiversity and revitalizing rural communities.About this Job:This role is to provide the highest quality seed/data to support localproduction efforts to create superior products and support Berthoud, COtargeted production goals by continuously innovating, improving and drivingoptimal field and warehouse management practices.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*Functioning as an integral member of a team responsible for processing,packaging, planting, cultivating, plot maintenance, note taking,harvesting of production nurseries.*Act as lead in the operation and maintenance of the agricultural machinery,warehouse equipment, and or agricultural research equipment.*Lead efforts on the coordination of field inspections and seed certificationtesting procedures and protocols.*Supporting efforts to maintain integrity of seed inventory, packaging,field layout, pollinating, harvesting of cereal nurseries and data collection.*Performing all tasks and behaving in a manner compliant with and in supportof all safety and stewardship related company policies and practices,including completing all required company training courses.*Leading tasks completed by third-party contract labor to achieve desiredresults.*Effectively communicating regularly with peers and supervisors regarding thestatus of project work activities.*Must be able to work independently along with others.*May travel to off-site locations to accurately perform, collect and managedata obtained from nurseries.*Process, plant, maintain and harvest crop nurseries to meet deadlines.*Coordinate and manage workload to complete objectives and tasks with verytight deadlines.*Must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask, and drive attentionto accuracy; along with the ability to continually improve processes.Qualifications*B.S.
