Raytheon, Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a highly motivated Six Sigma Expert to provide critical chain, root cause and corrective action (RCCA), and other R6s tools in support of the GPS-OCX program in Aurora, Colorado. The Six Sigma Expert will report to the GPS-OCX leadership team and help ensure risk mitigation efforts are implemented through the use of analytical and or statistical R6s tools. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: A supporting member of the PMO accountable to PM/DPM (weekly/monthly reporting) Attend/update artifacts for IPT Daily Standups Attend/update artifacts for PMO Daily Standups Attend/update artifacts for weekly prioritization Lead Expert six sigma projects for the program Chief Barrier Buster and administrator/arbiter of Critical Chain Actions Lead/advise Scheduling team on SRA analysis & reporting Lead Reverse Planning sessions as needed Participate/Advise ROMB Participate/advise PMR, Gate Reviews, EAC, and other milestone reviews Critical Chain liaison to customer community Participate/advise senior Program Staff meetings Lead/maintain Critical Chain deployment for relevant suppliers Required Skills: 10+ years of experience working in multi-discipline, engineering development environment Six Sigma Expert or Expert in Training Demonstrated use of R6s tools RCCA experience FRB experience CAR mitigation experience Risk and Opportunity mitigation experience Disciplined process approach Business Acumen Strong facilitation skills Ability to manage a variety of personalities Experience in IPDS gating process Experience in system engineering, developing and integrating and testing Must be a U.S. citizen with active Secret clearance Desired Skills: Strong Business Acumen Demonstrated Change Leadership Experience as a team lead Experience with command and control ground systems PMX Certification Proposal experience Critical Chain experience Required Education (including Major): BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar degree 115670
