Designs, develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse big data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
Interacts with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Develops and codes software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources; interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives. Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner. 10 plus years experience. BA/BS degree preferred.

Senior Principal DataScientist
You have a strong interest in datapertaining to the functioning and structure of the Internet and how to derivethe maximum value out of such real-time data streams to achieve businessobjectives. By applying your analyticalskills, you will help architect data products and tools for Oracle s majorcommercial and government customers. Youwill help solve customer problems, support corporate goals, and contribute toan informative, actionable and compelling experience for our InternetIntelligence offerings, as part of the Oracle Cloud Initiative.
The role should have strong experiencein Internet cartography, prototyping, and data analytics. You will work closely with the InternetIntelligence Data Analytics team in all phases of the data development lifecycle. We are looking for a highly motivatedindividual with wide range of interpersonal and analytical skills, a passionfor data analytics, and solving complex problems.
You will have significant influence onthe design and development of high-visibility data services and visualizations. Your job will be to work with existing andnew Oracle customers on new products that are of most value to them. You willwork with raw data, distributed systems, geospatial/geolocation, microservices,and computational tools.

Minimum 15 years of experiencein Internet cartography
Minimum 20 years ofexperience working in a classified environment
TS/SCI clearance with fullscope polygraph
Experience with very largedata sets, particularly sets that describe networks and their performance orconnectivity.
Extensive knowledgeof BGP, traceroute and DNS protocols
Very comfortable in a Linuxenvironment
Extremely organized,detail-oriented, able to work to deadlines and multitask
Strong interpersonal,communication, and presentation skills
Skill in documentation,creating and instilling new processes and procedures
