Professional Research Assistant

The Professional Research Assistant will work within the Section of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The role will be to assist with clinical research for the division of Gynecologic Oncology. This includes patient recruitment for ongoing studies, scheduling, coordinating, and conducting research visits according to protocol, accurately recording and entering data, satisfying queries by the PI or sponsoring organizations. It also includes follow-up phone interviews with participants enrolled in on-going longitudinal studies, and management of the databases related to these studies.

Minimum Qualifications:

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences; A Master’s degree is preferred. Previous experience in clinical research is highly desirable. The candidate must feel comfortable with being present in the operating room.
