Professional Research Assistant

This is a full-time, NIH-funded PRA position in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, in Aurora, CO. The PRA will report to Dr. Mair Churchill and will work in her structural biology research group. The position will focus on understanding the mechanisms underlying chromatin structure and its assembly. Duties will involve development and implementation of methods to determine structures, interactions and functions of histone chaperones. The position will begin immediately.
This position is in the professional field of Biochemistry and Structural Biology. The laboratory studies structural and mechanistic aspects of gene regulatory systems in eukaryotes using biochemical, biophysical, and structural biology methods.
