This includes operating and troubleshooting specialized laboratoryequipment, patient marker placement, data processing, and reportgeneration using MS office applications and EMR software. Other duties asrequired or assigned by the Director of CGMA.Responsibilities* Create proposals/reports and other technical documents associated withoperations, grant applications, and final documentation of procedures andmethods.* Data Processing and Reporting: Maintain timely and accurate datacollection and processing, critically review processing methods andprocesses, test and implement new software and reporting methods to enhancetime-efficiency, quality, accuracy and clarity of data and reporting methods.* Design, develop, manage, and implement special technical projectsassociated with new clinical procedures or novel research projects.* Equipment Operation/Calibration/Maintenance: Quality control,troubleshoot and formally document quality checking of all motion andphysiologic data collection equipment/procedures, for all clinical andresearch studies. This includes quality testing, validation studies andcalibration of equipment, maintenance and service contracts, validatingnew models, running consistency and validation studies when necessary. Alsoincludes expansion of lab normal database.* Mentor interns, students and new staff.* Ongoing development and validation of technical/clinical methodologies,protocols, and research instruments.* Provide engineering support to CGMA faculty for clinical operations andresearch related data collection/analysis.Population Specific Carea.) Proficiency in analytical and programming languagesrelated to movement analysis, including Vicon software, Matlab,LabView, statistical analysis, and the MS office applications. Ability anddesire to work as an integral member of a multidisciplinary health-careteam, as well as interact with clinical subj
