Northrop Grumman Corporation is looking for a Systems Test Engineer to support the Tribal Fire program in Aurora, Colorado.
Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Develops, prepares and executes comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for completing systems. Coordinates integrated testing activities. Reviews and evaluates test requirements to insure completeness of test program. Performs technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. General understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts. General knowledge of other related disciplines. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex and difficult problems. Solutions are thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. Works under general direction. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific test events. Failure to achieve results or inadequate work products should be detected by supervisory oversight which may cause delay in program schedules and allocation of additional resources. Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Experience with requirements management
Experience with customer integration processes
Experience managing document reviews, oversight of document deliveries and tracking delivery milestones
Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Current active TS/SCI clearance
