Ensures Oracle compliance with all US Government security regulations and mandates.
Provides 24/7 responsiveness in support of Oracle's U.S. Government business. Process personnel security clearances and periodic reinvestigations. Monitor classified information systems and controlled areas. Serve as classification management specialists providing classification guidance to employees and subcontractors. Maintain Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities (SCIFs) and respond to after-hour alarms and emergency conditions at a SCIF location. Monitor all external activities and government legislation affecting the organization. Provide recommendations regarding "best practice" business security standards and solutions and guidance to maintain a secure environment for the protection of personnel, property, and information.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.

The role entails working with data producers, data consumers, security staff, and analytic partners. The selected applicant will gather requirements, create data models and design specs, and work with multiple partners in building a suitable platform for meeting various security and compliance analytic objectives.

Familiarity with data serialization formats such as Protocol Buffers, JSON, XML, Apache Avro and Parquet
Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) IaaS platform.
Oracle Cloud Architect professional certification preferred.
Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python and Java
Strong knowledge of SQL
Strong understanding of database, storage, and distributed persistence technologies.
Familiarity with big data technologies including Kafka, Kubernetes, Hadoop, etc
Familiarity with security and compliance principles and environments:
o Security controls and measures intended to prevent comprise or lost of system security
o Cybersecurity architectures and concepts (monitoring, incident response, forensics, etc).
o Security concepts including authentication, encryption, security monitoring, threat intelligence, etc.
o Networking security controls (Routers, firewalls, networking protocols, etc).
