For additionalinformation, visit responsibilities:Manage multi-disciplinary engineering team including Project Managers,Project Engineers, CAD Designer, and Infrastructure Engineering teamManage engineering resource availability, assigning project engineeringteams Ensure timely execution of milestones with a continued emphasis towardslead time reduction Evaluate engineering quality data and implement continuousimprovement initiatives Support project cost reduction through processstandardization, vendor selection, and improving engineering efficiencyProvide technical direction/consultation to Application Engineering toimprove quote accuracy and win new business Arrange for engineering support tofield service for commissioning and troubleshooting Coaching, mentoring,and career development of the Fast Lane and SunFlo Engineering Team Coordinatewith internal customers (Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Assemblyand Test) to create clean order releases with limited quality errorsParticipate in customer meetings to support negotiations, requirementdefinitions, troubleshooting, and project executionSuccessful candidate:Will have supervisory experience in engineering or project management Will becapable of quick decision making related to engineering processes and rotatingequipment optimization Will have knowledge of API standards, specificallyAPI 610, API 617. Also will be familiar with Hydraulic Institute and ISOstandards, specifically HI 1.6 & 14.6 and ISO 9906.
